IDOLON Inc. is the corporation front for the Vizard organization. The company is made up of mostly Vizard, though a few human are employed without being told of the company's main focus, so as to maintain the front. IDOLON deals mainly in defensive devices for humans. Much of the tech humans use to fight off Shinobi and Shingami are directly or indirectly from IDOLON Inc.

The main goal of IDOLON, though, is not the protection of humans. Though the Gotei 13 has mostly forgotten about the Arrancar in their war with the Shinobi, the Visored have not. The Shinobi also know little of the Visored, which gives them much more freedom to fight the true enemy, the Arrancar. When contact was made with the Jinchūriki, this goal was extended to the Akatsuki, when possible.

IDOLON, being a corporation, is organized as such.
